ZhuFa Advanced Ceramics operates a state-of-the-art manufacturing base covering 30,000㎡, equipped with a full range of core machinery for end-to-end production—from raw material processing to precision finishing. The facility features advanced dry pressing, cold isostatic pressing, injection molding equipment, and high-temperature sintering furnaces to ensure dense and stable ceramic bodies. To meet the demands of high-precision and complex components, the plant is also equipped with CNC engraving machines, surface grinders, centerless grinders, pin grinders, and honing machines. With a well-structured production workflow and strict quality control system, ZhuFa is capable of producing millions of precision ceramic parts annually, offering rapid prototyping, flexible manufacturing, and large-scale delivery to meet diverse and customized client requirements.

  • Zirconium oxide (ZrO₂)

    High strength, high toughness, excellent crack resistance and wear resistance, mirror polishing.

  • Alumina (Al₂O₃)

    It has strong electrical insulation, high temperature resistance, high cost performance and good stability.

  • Silicon nitride (Si₃N₄)

    Lightweight and high-strength, resistant to high temperature and thermal shock, and low thermal expansion.

  • Silicon Carbide (SIC)

    High hardness, excellent thermal conductivity and corrosion resistance, wear and high temperature resistance.

  • Aluminum nitride (AlN)

    It has high thermal conductivity and electrical insulation materials, suitable for high power and thermal management scenarios.
