1. Product Overview

Special-shaped zirconia ceramic blades are made of high-purity nanoscale zirconia (ZrO2) powder, which is isostatically pressed and sintered at high temperature. For specific industrial cutting needs, it is customized through precision grinding process. Its hardness is second only to diamond, and it has extremely high wear resistance and chemical stability. It is an ideal choice to replace traditional stainless steel or tungsten steel blades.
